I cannot wait for Olivia’s book but I’m also looking forward to the newest Housemaid book next week. In not so new releases, I have Real Americans queued on my kindle
OMG! I can't really take any credit (all Leslie), but am so proud of this!!! And same re: Real Americans. I need to get out of my book rut and then it is one of my tippity top next reads.
Thank you! I didn’t actually do anything to dramatic (if my strategy is beneficial to anyone else) but I stopped following anyone that “didn’t bring me joy” (if I roll my eyes at what they post, quickly scroll through stories, don’t actually “know them”- unfollow (I still follow a few “strangers” but more intentionally follow)
And I started delaying the time I “allowed” myself to check in. After noon was my first goal and it just got progressively later to where it wasn’t an automatic “I’m bored” reaction
I definitely want to read The Ministry of Time, I've heard so many talking about it lately. And I had no idea that We Were Liars was getting an adaption -- now I need to reread to prepare 😅
I think I rather be surprised. I remember the big twist, but not much else since it's been so long. I'm ready to go into the adaptation with fresh eyes.
I'm so excited for Summer book releases after feeling like winter was a let down. I was just telling a coworker that this is really turning out to be a big year for book to TV adaptations!
So excited to read Ministry of Time!! But also struggling to understand seeing the words chaste and Bridgerton Season 1 in the same sentence... pre-wedding perhaps?
One of my current favorite things is watching you cheer on Olivia during her book release. Women supporting women is just the BEST!
I am so so so excited for her and all that this week (and this summer) brings!

Stolen focus changed my life last year. But then I forgot everything I read and now I need to re-read again.
Yeah, I can see myself revisiting it. Also Leslie had a broader list, so maybe I'll save those until I forget about this and need a new nudge.

reading Ministry of Time now and loving it!! I liked Rufi Thorpe's Knockout Queen when it was a BOTM pick so might have to check out that new one!

Read Stolen Focus a few years ago, it was sooooo good. Digital Minimalism by Cal Newport was another great one.
