Absolutely LOVED this post. It was so fun from your desk set up to talking about Chicken Shop Date and relating it to Emily Henry. Too good. Too amazing. Too wonderful.
"Have you watched it six times while staring at your laptop with a Joker-esque smile?" Literally me. 😂 My husband turned to me and said "you CANNOT be watching it again??". Yes, yes I can.
Also didn't you think that he completely UNDID Amelia?! Like, she was literally a completely different person throughout the entire ep!!
I love my Birkenstock Bostons...I liked the fleece ones BUT when the fleece "wore down"...they looked pretty old quickly so went back to just the suede soft footbed ones...think I am now on my 4h pair (in past 10 years).
Office rug is from Anthropologie and no longer on their site. Kitchen runner (orange rug in Birks pic) is from Rejuvenation (https://rstyle.me/+hpqva1dFABLD6hGaMZs1dg)
IDK, I assume its generational or personal to her. On my end, I think of email as a harmless annoyance—like mosquitos—but then again I'm not in any deep, long-term correspondences (but that does sound very romantic). I wonder if this is almost akin to a millennial saying they regret downloading Instagram?
I am officially no longer scared of Sundays
Super loved that Ann Patchett essay!
That adult book fair sounds so fun! And I am so in for that Chad Michael Murray holiday movie 😆

Kendra! I'm so flattered you enjoyed it!

I CAN WATCH IT AS MANY TIMES AS I WANT AS IS MY RIGHT AS A GROWN ASS WOMAN!
I feel like the Boston clog is just such a timeless fall shoe!
I'm wearing those shoes right now! Also one of the best things I've ever purchased. Long live the Birkenstock Boston

As soon as I moved my desk to face a wall it made a huge difference. Not that I still can't find ways to get distracted, but it helped.
A M/M with Garfield and Brody. I'm not sure my heart could handle it either!!
Very excited to see what a week of facing the wall brings! (did not expect myself to be saying those words)
Ahhh I need to watch this asap!! It's been a long time coming for these two. Do people think they could actually date?
What are you even doing commenting! Go! Watch immediately!
Can you share where you got your rug from? It's adorable!!

Curious to hear thoughts on email as biggest regret. I must admit I reread the article twice to make sure I wasn’t missing something!
